Not Ending a call when tapping END

I took my iPhone in and got a new one, and it's doing the same thing. When I am done with a call and push END the button looks as if it was pressed but the call doesn't end. Clearly was not a phone problem with the first phone because my second phone is doing it days after replacement..

Anyone else have this problem?

It would be helpful to know what iPhone you are referring to, as well as the firmware you are using.

Also, I saw a thread earlier with the same issue. I guess its more common than I thought.

Yep, happening to me. I guess from now on maybe I shouldn't leave voicemails... It happens to me more often when I leave a message after the tone.
