Not enough free space to download FML

    I made sure I had 2.5 gigs free and still got the message had to remove another 700 megs.

    Had to delete my music too...I'm betting a lot of people will be doing the same thing.

    Use this, it saved 600 MB from the device and nothing is gone!

    got halfway through and now gettting error messages saying download failed. Guess ther word is out. servers crashing

    Yeah, mine downloaded and was preparing for update before it said 'iOS 7 failed'.

    Yup. I didn't have enough space originally, but I just ended up deleting my spotify music app, and that cleared up 2 gb.

    Wait what? So it uses 3GB of space? :confused: Or it needs that much available?

    Have a 70mbps connection and it downloaded real fast, it's installing on the phone right now. Fingers crossed.

    of course it says it only needs 1.5 gigs hey a bug already. yes you need wifi

    taking forever on my ipad to download and the iphone been 5 or more minutes preparing update.

    I've had to delete some apps and some stuff on there that I never use, no music though I did have to delete music videos.

    I guess this just means my next iPhone will be the 32gb model instead. Also I guess I just to clean out some stuff in there I never use.

    Failed...

    iPad 3rd gen-- IOS 7 shows up but every time I try to download, it says 'An error occured downloading iOS 7. Close or Settings doesnt bring anything up. I do have 3.9 gigs free. ANy ideas?

    The first time I tried to download iOS 7, it was 3.1 gb. After that download failed, the next time I tried to download iOS 7, it was only ~700 mb. Not sure why
