iPod touch not enough space

itunes keep saying unable to download as there is not enough space on ipod when there is plenty of space what can i do to get more tunes on?

First off, how many tunes are on the device, and how much space is left on the device? (iTunes tells you along with it's capacity)

If you truly have enough space, you have a problem. Please do a hard reboot (hold power+home for ten sec), and try again....
