iPad Pro Not getting 4k output to monitor

I’ve tried searching for this for a while but I thought I would finally ask here. I have the Anker dock that supports 4k output with an iPad Pro via HDMI. I have the latest Gen iPad pro connected to my 4k monitor via a high speed hdmi 2.1 cable and the output is not 4k. I have stage manager activated as well. Am I doing something wrong?

For additional information the resolution it’s reporting is 1440p and I have the anker 551 dock.

Not sure if you have more than one HDMI connection at the same time. But if another at lower resolution, likely it's dropping from 4k to that lower resolution.
