Not getting heartbeat from partner

I am able to send him a heart beat or a drawing and he get it, when he replies back to it with his heart beat or a drawing I never get it. Anyone else having this issue? I get txts and everything else just fine.

Try re-starting both watches, that fixed the same issue for us.
