Hello everyone.

So my Gmail app is no longer giving me notifications of new emails, even though it is turned on.

As well, the apple app is NOT giving me notifications as well.

Already deleted the mail app multiple times to no luck.

Help?

Have you tried enabling/disabling notification settings? Have you opened and used the app (sometimes that's needed for some reason)? Have you made sure you are not in Do Not Disturb mode in case that might relate to it?

Aside from that there are the typical reboot your phone, reset network settings, reset all settings, and even restore options (probably in that order of trying it out).

I refuse to do an entire phone restore. That is just criminal. I rebooted the phone, nothing. I'm going or reset the network. But there is no reasons why it should work one day, then the next NEITHER the native mail app or the gmail app work.

Thank you for the help!!
