Not getting repeat/favourite calls on Apple Watch with do not disturb enabled

As per the subject, when do not disturb is enabled, I am not getting any notification on my Apple Watch when I’m receiving either a phone call from a favourite or repeated calls, although they are coming through on the iPhone.

From what I can gather it might be since watchOS 5 was introduced way-back. Can anyone else confirm this with theirs please? Thanks.

I'm having that same problem. Second call shows only at phone screen (but I have silent mode on both iphone and apple watch, so I have no idea that call is coming). Third call gets trough at apple watch and it shakes, but previously this happened at second call.

Thanks for confirming. Yet another piece of crap coding by Apple. They just can’t get anything right these days. Everything is just half-arsed!
