Not receiving a vibration when receiving a message whilst on a call

So I’m on iOS 14.1 on the iPhone 12 Pro and I’ve realised whilst on a call, any incoming messages I get, I don’t receive a vibration or the ping alert. However, on my brothers iPhone X on 14.0.1, he does receive a vibration/ping whilst on a call.

Is this a feature that was removed in 14.1 or is there a toggle of some sort I’m missing?
