Not receiving calls yet on new iPhone?

I got my iPhone last night--transferred my number from Verizon. I'm still not able to receive calls on it. Help!

I feel like you're asking the wrong place. I would first try by calling AT&T customer support. They are more likely to have an answer and a solution.

as far as I'm aware it takes up to 7 days for a number to transfer across

oh my gosh. 7 days! They told me at the store it might take as long as 6 hours.

Consider yourself lucky in many European countries it takes over a month.
