Hello,

I’m not receiving emails from a particular sender on my iPhone. For context, this is a mailing list for an organization I belong to. I’ve received other emails from people on this list, but now someone else is sending out meeting reminders, and I am not getting them. I have a Rochester.rr.com email, and the emails I’m not getting are from a gmail address. The two other people that I would get emails from over the years used yahoo and AOL addresses.

I feel like I have tried everything I can think of after researching the issue. Going into settings > apps > mail and toggling switches on and off, deleting my mail account from my phone and re-entering it, and I even tried marking the sender as a VIP in the mail app. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Who is your email provider?

Also, have you checked your spam folder?

Web mail is the best test as @Bigwaff said. If the messages aren't in Webmail, call your Internet provider so that they can troubleshoot.

If you DO see it in webmail, there's probably a rule on your computer filtering the message. That seems way less likely to me though.

I used to check my mail all the time online but my bookmarked link just takes me to spectrum . Net, so they must’ve changed something. I wouldn’t even know how to check my email online.

If I look into the app settings on my phone and go to Mail, it says iMAP account information, so I’m guessing it’s iMAP.

Another detail here - my phone isn’t receiving any email from any Gmail address. I also have a Gmail account, and I sent a message to my rr account just to test it out and that didn’t receive it

I was able to get on the webmail. The one you posted and the link that I had on my laptop, both take me to the spectrum . Net site where I can pay my bill, etc. but if I google search “rr,” I was able to get to the webmail.

From there, I was able to put my Gmail address on a safe Senders list. I sent a test email from that Gmail account to my rochester.rr.com one and it went through on my phone.
