Not receiving Excel attachments

    I am emailed an excel spreadsheet each day. I can receive it on my eMac, but cannot on my new iMac. Any ideas? I've tried deleting Office 2008 and reinstalling. No luck

    DebbieK, what email program are you using on your eMac? Is it possible that once it is received on your eMac that email has been removed from your email server and then not available on your iMac?

    Please confirm that the problem is not opening the Excel file on your iMac but that the email containing the Excel file is not received on your iMac.

    Send one to yourself and try getting it from the iMac first. Does that work?
