Not receiving shared album invites

All,

Anyone experience issues with receiving notifications of a shared album invite? I did tried searching on this but came up short. I can see existing shared albums, but a new request shows up as failed from the album creators invite list. Tried forcefully restarting and toggling shared albums off and back on but no go.

Note: I'm on an iPhone 7 plus running iOS 12 Public Beta 5

Try signing out of iCloud on all your devices, then back in again.
