Not receiving text messages

I'm on O2-UK and my iPhone sometimes doesn't receive texts when my 3G is turned off. My messages come through after I've sent a message to someone or have called someone. This doesn't happened all the time, just from time to time. O2's fault or maybe theres something wrong with my iPhone 4?

Sometimes happens to me, I just sometimes restart my phone when I haven't had texts for a while, and then I get like 6...

You on O2 too? Been happening to me for a while now. When 3G is on, I get my texts on time all the time.
