Ok here is my issue, I have iCloud music turned on on my PC and phone, The playlists on the PC appear on the phone, but the playlists are totally empty.
I left all sitting on all night leaving time to populate but playlists still empty this morning. On the phone if I go in select a track and hit make available off line it will download to phone but no appear on PC either, I can also do the same on PC.
I should add every time I exit iTunes on the PC and enter it again I get another default playlist added. IE Recently Added 1, Recently added 2, Recently added 3
