Not syncing

So i recently moved back from college and in turn moved back my tv and time capsule and MacBook pro. I hooked everything back up then went to sync some episodes of Justified to it but it took all night and it didn't even finish 8 episodes. I called apple but of course I don't qualify for phone support so heres what I've done:
1)Restarted iTunes
2)Reformatted tv
3)Restarted tv, macbook and internet connection

Disconnect TV from your computer then re-establish your connection. Among other things, with the move, your IP address changed. A fresh (re)connection of TV to your computer might do the trick.

If #2 means you already did this, I would start looking at the wiring and/or proximity of your computer, time capsule and TV. Assuming you're connected wirelessly, you might want to get them closer together for the first sync (or preferably wire them for the first sync). Sync is often pretty slow when you are doing it from scratch wirelessly.
