Note 2: Making camera photos smaller prior to emailing?

I'm using the Note2, is there a built in way to make photos smaller prior to emailing them similar to how the iPhone does it?

When you send a photo from your iPhone it gives you the choice between small, medium, large or keep original size along with the file size of each option.

A messaging app like Go SMS automatically does it for you. I recommend it.

Using the stock email app if you add the image as an attachment you should get the option to resize.
