iPhone Note app display problem, please help

So I just noticed this today. For some reason the top and bottom options on my notes app overlay any written note. Does anyone know what could have caused this or how to fix it?

maybe it's a note or UI related tweak causing this

Problem is I don't have anything installed. Only thing I could think of is statusbarfix

Who's this statusbarfix from?

It was actually the eclipse tweak causing it. Didn't expect that since I had it turned off though.
