Take a look at Goodnotes.
I have used several note apps over the years and I agree with the choice of Goodnotes, I am currently using it. At this time another excellently app is Notability, I have used it as well but since I’m a Goognotes user I choose to stick with Goodnotes.
NFN all the items you mentioned and then some could be done in the notes app.
As for a third party app such as Goodnotes or Notabilitym they offer many more features that as you get into them will make it worth you while, Not mentioned if you preference is organization of notes. Both Goodnotes and Notability offer a large range of features in this area which will make your life much easier.
One feature you did not mentioned that should be looked at is Apple Pencil level of inergration. For note taking I highly recommend ther above third party apps. And don’t forget the level of integrated available templates (extremely important)

I have note used it. I looked at some of the reviews as well the cost of getting the full feature package ($5.99 lifetime) sounds like a good deal. You could try it out and compare it to Goodnotes. Also take a look at user groups for the two apps and make your comparison.

User Focus Areas
  • Goodnotes: Known for its robust, collaborative features, making it suitable for teams and shared studies. Users often discuss AI tools, cross-platform syncing, and managing large sticker collections.
  • Noteful: Favored for its layering capabilities, better shape customization, and focus on privacy. Users often prefer its straightforward, often more affordable, approach for focused study
