Anyone know of a good 3rd party app that is good for taking notes for a class, that organizes stuff well?

Theres a program that comes with your mac called Stickies, which are little post it notes you can arrange around your computer screen? You can colour code them and such, not sure if that is organized enough however?

VoodooPad or Yojimbo are two I really like.

Journler is what I use for school.

i've always just used microsoft word 04's notetaking features... I'll look into the other programs though
