Universal Noteapp with Sync to own server

hi macrumors community,

hopefully someone knows an app for my requirements.

i am looking for a note-taking app to write down multiple things (meetings, ideads, timetracking, project-status etc).
currently i am using the apple Notes app but the imap-sync is sometimes buggy (some notes got lost) and most of the features are only available with icloud sync which is not an option for me.

so what i am looking for is a note app that meats the following requirements:

Must:
iphone/ipad mac app
reliably sync to own server (e.g. webdav, imap etc.)
simple to use

nice to have:
windows app
webview (e.g. own application like owncloud)
apple pen support



what i tried:
Notebooks 10 (sync was not reliable: has to be triggered manually, does not run in the background and creates conflicts)

If you only do typed notes, take a look at 1Writer. It can sync to a Webdav server. It has a iphone and ipad version. No Mac version, but you can use a different text notes app on the Mac as 1Writer stores its files in plain text.
