Notebook layout for word and Keyboard Light

For some reason one day my Customize workspace menu dissapeared off my notebook layout in Word, how do I make it come back?😕

also, i have a macbook 10.5.8 the aluminum that came out before the macbook pro, which doesnt have a light up keyboard, is there any way i can nstall the macbook pro keyboard with light?
