Is there a Notes app that allows for font size selection and copying/pasting of text without retaining the source content's format style?

The native Notes app and Evernote cannot do either.

Thanks for any tips.

I found an app that does both things: OneNote. Although I'm slightly confused by its hierarchy structure. In the native Notes app, I use folders to separate my notes into categories. Onenote, however, has a 3-tier organizational hierarchy, with the concept of Notebooks, Tabs within the Notebooks and Pages within the Tabs.

If anyone uses OneNote, do you have any thoughts on how best (the most efficient workflow) to use the 3-layer organisational structure when you only need 1 layer of hierarchy?

EDIT: OneNote isn't the solution. It does not remove the spacing style from copied source text.
