Reminders also. You'd think Apple would have Notes and Reminders as top priorities for a wearable since they fit into the "Glanceable" info many people use. But I guess it was more important to focus on marketing "style" over function.

I already had Index Card for iPhone, I've started using that for small non sensitive notes that I want to view (view only) on the Watch since they added the support and it's functional enough for me.

We have an overflow car-park at work and the access codes change weekly. I just paste the changes into Index Card and it's perfect for when I arrive at the barrier.

I am also surprised the Apple notes app did not show up. I am switching to Onenote for a while. Nice for a quick on-the-to memo as well as a shopping or to-do list.

Hoping this gets shown off at WWDC as an upcoming feature, where I imagine we'll see how Apple Watch will take advantage of interacting with the next version of OS X.

Evernote is poop. You only have last 3-4 notes on the watch. Not all of them show up. Plus after you sync notes on pc or iPhone takes a good 10-15min to show up on watch.

I'm also having problems with the voice search on Evernote. Everything comes up "No results" when I know the term exists. For now we'll have to make sure the most important notes we want to see on the watch are part of the "frequently viewed" or "recently viewed."

For the voice search I even tried removing Evernote from the watch using the iPhone's Apple Watch App, waiting a minute, and then putting it back on. An Evernote forum recommended that. Still "no results."

Hoping for an update soon that fixes the voice search.

it would be more practical to just grab your phone... not to mention faster. If you think about it the AW is more for quick glance rather than an input device. I just pick up my phone to input that note that note rather than fiddling with a tiny screen and talking into a watch for dictation.

I was thinking more along the lines to input notes on the notes app on the iphone, and then being able to read them on the watch.

I just checked it out and it looks pretty good, any cons/problems/down sides to the app ?

Also I was wondering if this app (as well as others) are working more quickly and smoothly after the new watch update ? Do third party apps including this one still take forever to load ? and how quickly does index card load and how quick and easy is it to navigate on the watch ?

To be honest, I never used the app much on the iPhone. I got it for the iPad first because Scrivener on the Mac offers a sync option with it then decided to get it because it was almost free on the iPhone.

I only use it for the barrier codes myself on the Watch and it seems to work well.

You do need to remember to put your note in the 'Synopsis' field and not the 'Notes' field. The application's raison detre is as a writing application for writers who use card files for ideas and it's typical the Synopsis goes on the front and then you cram detailed info on the back.. hence the application's main view is Synopsis. It does take a moment or two to switch from the Synopsis view to the Notes view so it's easier if you put your notes in the Synopsis first.

Anything good yet???

Like i said, just want to be able to type a note on iphone (pretty long) and then view on watch......preferably one with glances
