Notes in ios5

Has anyone else had this problem with ios5, notes from my 4s will not sync with my Mac anymore. I tried with iCloud to change the settings also in iTunes and still nothing.

Use iCloud to sync wirelessly, then go into Mail and click on Notes / iCloud.

When I click on Notes nothing for iCloud.

Notes in iOS 5 have been very flawed in my case. My notes just won't sync between my old iPhone 4 and 4S. I had to switch over to syncing notes through Google. Works much better.
