Hi,

I use notes to list appointments as it's easier and quicker for me. I liked the fact that when I sync'ed they'd end up in mail and they were located in another place. Now, with iOS4 they get put in mail but taken off the ipod.

Did something get changed in the os?

any input appreciated,

Tim

Tim, in your Notes application, tap the word Accounts in the upper left and make sure you have All Notes selected. If you have multiple email accounts/services which support syncing Notes, and haven't created any notes for a given account, you will not see all the notes.

JM,

I had the accounts set to 'all notes'. What's odd it that all of the older notes using iOS3 would go into mail when sync'ing. Now, they go in via wifi, which is okay. I think what I did was to put them into my save folder in mail and they were removed from the pod. In my preferences in iTunes, however, the option to replace notes on the ipod was not checked. So, I'm puzzled as to why it did it the other day and not today. Further, if I pull the missing notes from the save folder back to the inbox, they don't reappear on the pod.

I'll keep an eye one it and report back if I get some answers. I appreciate your effort to find a solution Master JM. I wish I could say the same for Capt. Helpful.
