Notes Randomly Stop Syncing

I sync my notes on my iphone with my notes on my macbook pro via MobileMe. It usually works fine, but it randomly stops syncing maybe once per week. To fix the issue, I have to turn Note syncing off and back on again on my iphone, and this fixes the issue.

Any ideas?
