   when updating to ios9 i did not upgrade the notes so i can access the new features. i can't find anywhere that i can update now, is there a way???

   reset all settings should trigger the upgrade procedure to run again
   
   that same screen u saw when u first updated to ios 9, slide to upgrade etc
