Anyone having this issue besides me? It keeps unchecking itself when I hit sync.

Weird. I restarted the phone and iTunes. I also added a test note in Mail. Now it works fine. Oh well, hurray.

Had the same issue. The stated solution worked (reboot phone, iTunes).
