I decided to put something else up on sale on eBay and after a couple of stages through the listing process, after you click continue the url of the correct page tries to load, but then it changes and takes you to eBay's home page.
The problem doesn't occur in Firefox.

Same thing happened to me too... Its very annoying to say the least when you get your stuff described and ready, and it doesn't work, and you start all over again... I too would be interested in any further info on this.

Same with PPC - or at least it was

I had the same frustration with Safari a few months ago. Think I was still on 10.3.9 then and the associated build of Safari.

Don't know whether it's been cleared up for PPC or not as yet, but it's certainly not a new problem.

And sympathies - it's annoying as hell, isn't it?

For what it's worth, I was able to get an ebay listing through on Safari 2.0.3 (PPC, 10.4.4). Perhaps a fix is on the way for the Intel side?
