Notification Center Bugs?

1. I've never received any Push notifications of new mail messages. Mail is selected in the Notification Center, and I have Yahoo, Gmail, and Windows Live.

2. The New York Times and The New Yorker are de-selected from the Notification Center, but I keep getting Push notifications from them!?

Bugs??
