iPhone Notification center crashing

Hello!

After i jalbroke my iphone 5 ios 6.1 my notification center has started crashing everytime im trying to remove a notification from there and my phone turns into safe mode. What's wrong and how can I fix this?

What tweaks do you have installed? That would be a start. Particularly any notification center related tweaks
