Notification Center is being weird...

Normally you will put the NC down.. but for some reason lately, I'm pulling the springboard down and the NC is at the background..

what could be the cause of that?

Zephyr does that. Maybe flowtation or weeroll. Not sure about those but zephyr definitely

Yep that was it! It was set on 'ON' for NC.
