iPhone Notification Center issues ater jailbreak... iPhone 5 7.0.4

My notification center is working right since jailbreak. I've googled it and it seems like I'm not the only one, but I haven't been able to fit a fix that doesn't include a restore.

Anyone having issues? My weather won't show up and I think the calendar has bugs too.

I hope IntelliscreenX fixes it.

Erasing all settings (but not all content) is the only thing that fixed it for me. I tried several other things with no success.
