Or just delete /var/mobile/Library/BulletinBoard/SectionInfo.plist. That is less hassle than reset all settings.

are you serious? that just deleted every app on my notification center "include" list, and they are not showing up on "do not include" either!

It does the same thing as reset all settings. Open up the apps and allow them to send you notifications again.

thanks. This one did it for me:

reset settings enable location services, and oopen the weather app after that then close it then pull up NC and it should be back on there
