Usually when I tap a notification in Notification Center, the app that sent that notification opens. However, occasionally when I tap a notification, nothing happens at all. When this happens, I have to 3D Touch the notification, then tap again to open the app. Anyone else experiencing this? Hopefully it will be fixed in 10.1.

It's basically a known sporadic type of issues that I believe some have mentioned has been addressed in iOS 10.1 betas.
