Notification Centre jumbled up issue

Hi everyone,

I was wondering in anyone else has this issue on iphone 7 plus or any other ios device with ios 10.1.1 and previous?

I believe there is a preference to sort by app in the settings ...if that is your question.

Yep, I have this one from time to time on my 6S running iOS 10. If I clear all my notifications that usually clears it up. This is the most bug-filled iOS release I have every encountered. I have been using an iPhone since the 4S and never have I had so many annoyances. These do not make the phone unusable and I still prefer it to any other phone on the market but it seems to be going backwards.

Just a few bug highlights...
- jumbled notification center
- random respring/spinning wheel
- unresponsive touch screen within apps
- stock apps with no navigation buttons

That option doesn't exist in iOS 10.
