Notification Icon/SMS Icon always showing

anyone else have this issue, even when i dont really have any new ones they status bar icons stays there untill I respring

I have both itelliscreen x and lock info installed if thats a known culprit

I had the exact same problem. On mine, it was the app "iBlacklist". Someone on my blocked list had texted me so that may be it.
