I can't seem to figure out how to jump directly to a app from the Lockscreen. Might be because i'm not used to 3D Touch.

If i tap lightly on a Whatsapp notification nothing happens. If i press harder it oppens the Quickreply thingy and then i can press the message again and finally it jumps into Whatsapp (after TouchID)

Can i skip the quick reply part somehow?
 
Wish I knew the answer, though my hunch is, can you swipe left or right? What options does that give you?
 
If you swipe left (at least on a 6), you get 2 buttons: "View" and "Clear". View will open the Rich Notification. Click that and it will open the full app. But the Rich Notification is designed so you don't have to do that.

Swipe right on the notification and it takes you to the app without going to the quick-reply. At least it does for my Messages notifications.

It all depends on the app. I just checked my notifications, though, and all have View. You may want to check your settings to see if you allowed access from the homescreen. Go to Settings>Touch ID & Passcode and scroll down to the group of settings entitled "Allow Access When Locked". Mine are all set to on

This. I got a notification finally (Twitter) and swiping right, then scanning fingerprint, took me straight to the app.
 
As noted by Steve28, swipe right is the way to open the app directly. If the app is implemented well it should take you directly, not only to the app, but the relevant part of the app (i.e. the mail, news report, product offer etc.) that the notification refers to.

Ah i see, thanks! I thought this would remove it from the screen. Guess i have been using Android a few months too long ;)

Would that work for notifications in the Notification Center, or does just tapping on those do the trick (for those with 3D Touch devices)?

Just a tap in notification center, yep. Swiping right there of course moves you to the widgets. A little bit of a confused/inconsistent implementation now you mention it, but not hard to get used to I guess.
 
iPhone 6s has problems with notifications in notification center. I can't go to the app when I tapped on its notification.

Just to check if we're clear here. When you say notification center, you mean the screen should slide down from the top of the screen, either in the lock screen or elsewhere? If you mean the notifications that appear on the lock screen instead then you would slide right on those. Not saying you're wrong, just checking to see if there's confusion over the different places you may see notifications.

Yes, the problem is (iPhone 6s only) if you try to tap on a notification (Only notification center) to go to the app, nothing happens.

I have reported the issue on bugreporter.apple.com, and it has been marked as 'Duplicate(Open)', so Apple is aware of the issue and currently working on to fix.

Ok. Sounds like a real pain in the posterior. Glad you reported it and I hope you get a resolution soon.
