Notification Sounds are doubled

Whenever I get a notification sound, I get the sound played twice. The first time is interrupted by the second time.

Happens with text and other notifications.

I occasionally experience this too.

I also experience this. Oddly enough it happened before I jailbroke my 4s as well. Odd and somewhat annoying to say the least.

So far the only fix that helped was to turn "vibrate" off in both silent and when the ringer is on. Another fix was to reboot the phone too. Its an odd bug
