Notification when fully charged

Hello,
since I’ve changed my iPhone 16 Pro Max to 17 Pro Max there is one strange notification that keeps me bothering.
First, to explain my charging limit is set to 95%.
Every time my iPhone reaches that limit the same notification pops up as at the moment you plug in a cable and you start charging: charging sound + it says “charging”.

Is that a normal behavior for an iPhone 17 Pro Max with iOS 26.3?

Apple Support has just acknowledged, it’s a software bug and they are working on it.

Does anyone here have the same experience?
