This thread was started in 2007 and the feature has yet to implemented. Expect to see it among other repeatedly-requested features to be implemented in year 3050.

Rule of thumb of improvements on Macrumors:
If the requested feature/improvement requires any effort more than changing a font from bold to italic, it will never be implemented.

Is this even possible with vBulliten? I'd love this feature, or like others have said, maybe an alternative color in Forum Spy when quoted.
