I never see any text messages in notifications center. I also don't get notifications for some of my apps that I should be getting them for. Is it just me or do you think this could be a bug? I normally wouldn't post this here but the dev forums are down.

They aren't in my Notifications center either. Hoping beta 4 comes around soon..
