Notifications menu problem?

With my new Iphone 7 and IOS 10, when I pull down my notifications menu I used to be able to click on them and it would take me to that notification whether it be a message or snapchat and whatnot.

Since I have had this phone, It will only let me click on a notification maybe 25% of the time its there, then to see the others I have to go into the app and whatnot

Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah I was having this same exact issue. Did you restore from an iCloud backup? Cause I did and I have a **** ton lf issues so I set up as new, no issues so far!

I literally took it out of the box and used it and haven't done anything other then sync my music..

Still an issue in 10.1 beta 1

I updated to 10.0.2 and still had the issue with my back up. Haven't noticed it on a clean install of ios 10.0.2
