Notifications not being pushed to my phone?

Noticed since yesterday my notifications are still ringing on my phone now and no longer on my watch. Any way to fix this?
 
I had this happen to me. I discovered the problem occurred when I turned on my phone's ability to use WiFi to make calls and receive text. For some reason the watch will not receive messages or calls when that feature is on.
