Notifications only from favorite contacts

Hello I'm new to the apple watch. I'd like to know if there is a way to get notifications (messages, phone calls) only from my favorite contacts. I've managed to get mail notifications from my VIP list buy cannot find a way for phone and messages.

I don't think there is a way, at least I didn't find one.🤔

Turn Do not Disturb on all the time and set your favourite contacts to emergency bypass.
