On my rMBP, every time I remove Game Center / Twitter / Facebook / etc from my Notifications window, they re-appear after my machine has rebooted.

It's as if the settings are simply not saved / remembered.

Anyone else getting the same thing? If so, then how did you fix it?

For now there is no fix. I have googled and seen mentions of this after one of the DP's or PB's in August or July, but not after that. Seems like the bug has returned, which seems to indicate something went wrong at Apple while compiling the final build: forgetting to merge the fix implemented in the later DP's with the final version.

Ah seems there are lots of threads scattered around, i'll sub to this one too, same thing happened to me. I've tried every trick in the book but nothing, must be related to an old preference somewhere because doesn't happen in Mac mini.
