Notifications?

I don't see the notifications tab in settings and i have 3.0..... what's the deal?

You need to launch an app that uses notifications first. Then you'll be able to access it in the general settings.

try to download text free lite( cant remember the name, something like this) after the installation, you will see the notification setting under setting---just below carrier
