Notify Me email?

Did anyone who signed up for the Notify Me link on Apple.com ever get an email about pre-orders?

Maybe they were waiting until the servers get more stable before they add more people to the process.

I think they should have signed up for the e-mail because it seems we were all aware of it and they weren't.

im pretty sure the world would end if that notify me email went out.

Imagine the millions of people who aren't nerds like us flocking to the pre-order page. The internets would implode.
