The JB's look bleak...even apple.com it just says ships "November". The other models all ship 2-3 weeks, well the few I checked with ATT.
I also ordered via ATT premier, ordered black/256G and I got ships Oct 11-18th. That's 4-5 weeks...I am hoping this gets moved up with apple.com showing 2-3 weeks for everything else. Hard to pass up only paying $300 for black/256G 7+ model through premier.
They've got the label and shipping box ready...
I think at&t pre orders all went into preparing for shipment status soon after they were placed, i guess they dont need a processing status lol
A lot of venders do this to make it harder to cancel orders. They claim since it's in shipping therefore the order can't be cancelled.

I didn't order mine until 9/11 I got the jet black 7+ 128 gb. How about you?
I ordered 9/9 but it was really late because if my work schedule :/ I got the jet black 7+ 128GB as well. I'm hoping we'll see some movement after the official release
Me too. I heard the jet black 7+ are extremely scarce. So that will be many nights of crown royal lol
It will say "Preparing for shipment" right up until they ship it in November. I've done this dance with AT&T a few years in a row. In fact, one order page will probably say "Processing Order" while another says "Preparing for Shipment."
AT&T does not have your phone yet. They order a batch of phones from Apple. Apple then ships the pallet of phones to Kentucky. A bunch of people in Kentucky open the boxes and then phones are matched to orders. Once matched, they are then boxed again and a shipping label is generated. That shipping label might be generated literally the day or two before you receive it.
The only sign that AT&T has your phone or it is shipped is when they charge your debit/credit card. What I would be worried about right now is any stock balancing Apple is doing to accommodate iPhone Upgrade Program participants that might delay shipments of phones in the pipeline. If they are going to prioritize those customers (and I have no opinion one or another if they should) those phones have to come from somewhere.

I ran across this on another thread and wow the photos and video quality is amazing
I'm even more excited for my phone now haha. Hopefully after Friday there will be serious movement because they'll be shipping iPhones practically every day
