Hi all!

I've published a new application, which is helping to memorize new words and phrases while you learn some language.

The main idea is just talking and hearing, and write as less as possible.
For that I am using Apple Siri recognition feature and Google translate services.

The app is free for first 50 words/phrases, allowing to try and decide if it's helpful.

I would really appreciate for reviews here and advices for how I can improve the app to be more useful and helpful for you.

Thank you!

PS: the updated version is described below )

Hello everyone!

Recently I completely re-worked the application, both internally and UI, and added new features. So please meet NovaMova - the application, which helps to study new words and phrases in most popular foreign languages.

NovaMova: download on the App Store

It is a great alternative to Anki app, with the accent on listening and speaking skills, not only reading and writing.

Main features:
- learn mode with speech synthesizer and speech recognizer.
- improved spaced repetition method with tracking your progress.
- practice exercises, generated by OpenAI.
- card collections from Cloud.
- three types of cards – words, sentences with gaps and quizzes.
- quick ways to create cards for your own needs – just make photo of student books or any other texts, the app will create cards with translations to your language.
- Deepl and Google Translate as translation engines.
- links to websites with detail explanations of words – Cambridge, Duden, Leo, Pons etc.
- iCloud support to sync all data on all devices.
- ability to learn on iPhone, iPad and Macs with Mx CPUs.
- option to learn in your car via CarPlay connection.

The app is free to try with 50 cards, and supports both subscription and lifetime licensing.
During September 2024 I offer 50% discount for any annual subscription, just write me email and mention MACRUMORS there.

Feel free to ask me questions here or via email!
